Required for new patients. You will get to meet one-on-one via telemed with Cameo Johnson who offers diagnosis, medication management if needed, and therapies pertinent to your situation. This is not for emergency medical situations.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment in order to avoid a no show fee. The cancellation fee less than 24 hours of your appointment is $100 and will automatically be charged to your credit card.
